My goal is to create a safe environment for everyone at Hannah Sowd Skin Care. This post is periodically updated with the latest studio procedures and policies.
The studio is currently open at 1801 Bush Street Suite 201.
Please schedule your appointment online. Your confirmation email contains important information about the new location and a link to the mandatory COVID-19 Treatment Consent Form.
Every client must complete the COVID-19 Treatment Consent Form before their first appointment. This form is linked in your Genbook confirmation email as well as on the Services page of www.hannahsowd.com. It is no longer necessary to complete the form before each appointment.
If you are receiving a treatment that involves removal of your face covering, you must be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of your treatment time. You may be asked for proof of vaccination or test upon arrival at the studio.
Please wash your hands before we begin your appointment. The restroom is located on the first floor of 1801 Bush St to the right of the lobby and the elevator. The door code is in your Genbook confirmation email.
We cannot accommodate guests in the office during your treatment. There are multiple waiting areas in the building as well as the park in front on 1801 Bush St.
Do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick, if you have lost you sense of taste or smell, you have a cough, runny nose, fever, or chills.
Do not come to your appointment if you may have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Reschedule your appointment if you have been on a commercial airline flight outside the state of California 14 days prior to your treatment time.
Contact me ASAP if you are not feeling well and cannot make your appointment, every time slot is valuable.
A HEPA air filter with UVC sterilization has been added to the treatment room as a safety precaution. Increased sanitation measures have been implemented throughout the studio to help keep everyone safe.
Thank you for being patient and supportive!
