What is Hannah’s Skin Care Closet?
Hannah’s Skin Care Closet is an online boutique that combines the personalized customer service you expect from a brick and mortar store with the convenience of online shopping.
Hannah’s favorite part of her work is helping her clients find their custom skin care routine. The online skin care consult and the virtual skin care consult were created to bring this experience to a wider audience.
The collection of products featured in Hannah’s Skin Care Closet represent two decades of testing in Hannah’s studio. Every skin care brand has several “hero” products, our goal is to hunt them down and add them to our collection. You don’t need more skin care products, you just need the correct skin care products!
How does it work?
You can start by having an online skin care consult with Hannah. You’ll receive a custom skin care routine, 3 Day Turnaround Kit, and a discount on your first order.
If you prefer a more personalized experience, schedule a virtual skin care consult and meet with Hannah “face to face” on the internet.
Or browse the shop by product category and make your selections based on Hannah’s reviews plus feedback from other customers.
You carry some skin care products I’m not familiar with, may I get a sample?
Of course!
When placing an order, you may request one or two samples with your package. Make this request in the Order Notes on your order form.
If you’re not placing an order at this time, you may purchase three product samples for $5 (includes free domestic standard shipping).
To have a complete custom skin care routine designed for you, have an online skin care consult with Hannah.
What are your shipping policies?
All orders ship from San Francisco, California. We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
Shipping can take longer during the holidays or after a promotion. We will notify you if there is a delay with your shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping for flat rate of $6.
We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders totaling $100 or more before tax.
We do not offer international shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund shipments lost or stolen after delivery.
What are you policies on returns and exchanges?
Any items in a packaged, unused, and sale-able condition (with the exception of the final sale item listed below) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of original date of purchase. No store credit or exchanges will be allowed for items that are opened or used.
We do not issue credit for shipping and handling. You are responsible for the additional postage charges to return your items. Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your return has been received by Hannah Sowd Skin Care. We cannot process credit or exchanges for items that are damaged or missing in transit.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Home Treatment Kits, all personal grooming tools, face mask brushes, tweezers, extractors, Body Scrub Mitt, Binchotan Face and Body Towels, Charcoal Blotting Paper, Kozi Neck Wrap.
Online skin care consults and virtual skin care consults are non-refundable.
Gift certificates may be used for products or services and they do not expire. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new recipient if necessary. Please email hannahsowd@hannahsowd.com for more information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, not at this time.

Hannah is always on the lookout for new items to add to the collection.

We welcome suggestions but our goal is to keep our collection tightly edited. We do the product testing so you don’t have too!
I have a stubborn rash on my face but buying skin care products is more fun than going to a doctor. Will you help me find a product to make it go away?
NO. Our goal is to match you with the best skin care routine for your skin and your lifestyle but our online skin care consults are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis and we encourage you to seek proper medical care when necessary.
